Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team at Kaushal Interiors Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supervising interior projects ensuring they meet our high standards and adhere to specified timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed design and drafting work to ensure accurate rendering of interior layouts.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for effective project planning scheduling and resource management in interior design projects.
• Competency in Revit to create three-dimensional models for visualization and analysis of design plans.
• Knowledge of Structural Analysis to assess the feasibility and design integrity of interior constructions.
• Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for integrating various aspects of a construction projects lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on all project sites.
• Expertise in Surveying Technology to accurately assess and document site conditions and measurements for planning purposes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members clients and contractors ensuring project alignment and success.
