The Role :

We're looking for a  Cross-Border Business Catalyst —a hustler who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving chaos, and has the tenacity to make things happen. This isn't just a coordination role; it's about owning the heartbeat of CARS24's operations across two continents.

What You'll Do :

• Be the bridge :  Work in  early shift IST  to maximize overlap with Australia and ensure critical issues never fall through the cracks.
• Solve the unsolvable :  Own end-to-end problem statements, proactively identifying bottlenecks, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
• Speak both languages (figuratively & literally) :  Navigate cultural nuances between Indian and Australian teams, ensuring expectations, urgency, and context are always crystal clear.
• Be the force that drives execution :  Work with leaders across teams (Sales, Ops, Pricing, Marketing) to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate decision-making to keep the business moving at top speed.
• Create clarity in the chaos :  Spot operational inefficiencies, design sustainable collaboration processes, and ensure no problem gets stuck in limbo.
• Fly out & fix things :  Travel to Australia once a quarter, immerse yourself in the business, and return with sharp insights that accelerate execution in India.
