�� Targeting & Incentives
- Design target & incentive structures aligned with business priorities.
- Identify improvements in target-setting & incentive structures .
�� Deployment & Customer Engagement
Assess field force deployment and optimize productivity levers .Define & implement GTM models (Modern Trade, E-commerce, Gx-Gx).Develop KPIs / KRAs to enhance field force effectiveness .Utilize IQVIA, SMSRC & internal data to refine doctor visit lists .�� Data-Driven Decision Making
Conduct business analytics & convert data into actionable insights .Engage with external partners (SMSRC, IQVIA) for market intelligence .2. Business Performance & Projects
✅ Independently design & implement projects with accountability.
✅ Hands-on experience with SFA & dashboarding tools (QlikView, Power BI).
3. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
