Role Overview
We're seeking a serious, high-performing Sales Recruiter & Business Development Officer to enrol students onto our job-oriented diploma courses and source partner agents who can consistently supply student leads. This is a target-driven role — you must be confident making sales calls, closing enrolments, and building pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Enrolment
- Actively enrol candidates into UK-accredited diploma programs (open to all nationalities).
- Advise students on course options, outcomes, and visa / employment factors.
- Manage leads from enquiry to conversion.
- Partner Agent Sourcing
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with education agents and consultants.
- Develop a reliable network of agents to provide regular student referrals.
- Maintain long-term relationships and support agents with enrolment processes.
- Sales & Communication
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to students and agents.
- Confidently handle objections, close sales, and achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Business Development
- Engage UK employers for placement opportunities.
- Stay updated with education and immigration trends to inform strategy.
You Must Have
Based in India with the ability to work UK hours .Fluent in English , Bengali or Gujarati preferred.Proven sales mindset – if you can't handle cold calls or sales pressure, this isn't for you .Ability to source and manage education agent relationships .Excellent phone presence, persistence, and closing skills.Experience in recruitment, education sales, or agency partnerships is a plus.What We Offer
