About the Role
As the Senior HR Lead , you’ll design and drive the complete HR charter for the Madverse — from building a modern HR infrastructure and digital-first processes to nurturing a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability.
This isn’t a traditional HR manager role. You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership , a culture architect , and a data-driven transformer shaping the future of work at Mad Men Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
I. Core HR Infrastructure & Governance
- Establish and standardize HR policies, payroll, compliance, and handbooks
- Implement HRMS and dashboards integrating leave, reimbursements, and appraisals
- Oversee legal contracts, NDAs, POSH, and vendor compliance
II. Compensation, Benefits & Performance
Design role-based salary grids and incentive structuresDrive performance management (Mad Ratings) and OKR alignmentPlan retention programs, bonuses, and long-term incentive frameworksIII. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle with AI-driven tools & scoring modelsPartner with creative and strategy heads to define role clarity per teamLead Mad-o-thon , campus connect programs, and Work Mad. Live Mad. employer branding initiativesIV. Culture, Learning & Engagement
Lead culture rituals (Mad Mondays, Shoutouts, Townhalls, Mad Meetups)Launch Mad Academy – a learning and upskilling ecosystemBuild programs for inclusion, well-being, and leadership developmentV. Workforce Planning & Management
Coordinate with vertical leads to manage the Mad dashboard for resource allocation and hiring forecastsTrack productivity, utilization, and workload balanceVI. Digital HR & Transformation
Champion digital transformation of HR via HRMS, ATS, and sentiment analysis toolsDevelop data dashboards to track engagement, attrition, and team healthIntroduce AI-enabled workforce analytics and predictive insightsVII. Leadership & Governance
