Job Description :

We are seeking skilled Data Science professionals with strong Generative AI expertise to join our high-impact AI / ML team across multiple levels (L3, L4, L5). You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge GenAI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps practices, and modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM-based applications (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines).
• Architect end-to-end ML workflows covering data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Implement robust MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product stakeholders to identify high-impact GenAI use cases.
• Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and optimize inference for cost-effective scaling.
• For L5 (GenAI Architect) : Lead system design and cloud deployment strategies, establish best practices, and mentor teams.
