Job Title : Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Control & Reporting
- Prepare and update project dashboards including :
- Work Progress (Planned vs Actual)
- Billing vs Cash Flow
- Material and Equipment Utilization
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports with accurate data on cost, productivity, and deviations.
- Track project milestones; identify and escalate potential delays, cost overruns, or risk areas.
- Support Project Head with data-driven insights for review meetings and decision-making.
2. Material & Equipment Control
Oversee planning, issue, and consumption tracking of key construction materials.Conduct fortnightly reconciliations for cement, steel, fuel, aggregates, etc.Monitor equipment performance including utilization, fuel consumption, efficiency, and idle time.3. Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with documentation SOPs for indents, DPRs, QA / QC records, and procurement.Conduct control audits to verify site reporting systems and coordination with back-end teams.4. Client Coordination
Act as the primary interface for client-side communication, progress reporting, and deliverable submission.Support Site Head during review meetings with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.5. Project-wide Coordination
Coordinate between Head Office and site teams for smooth execution and communication flow.Follow up on drawings, approvals, BOQ revisions, and delay justifications.Manage documentation related to RA bills, escalation claims, and EOT (Extension of Time) requests.Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 1015 years in EPC / Infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.Education :UG – B.Tech / B.E. in Civil EngineeringPG – PG Diploma in Civil (NICMAR preferred or equivalent)Technical Skills :Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP tools for project tracking and control.Core Competencies :Strong analytical ability to interpret cost, progress, and performance data.Excellent coordination and follow-up skills across departments and project levels.Strong written and verbal communication with professional client-handling capability.Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
