About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Relations Associate who will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about communication, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves being at the heart of live event action.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client communication , ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments — production, creative, and logistics — to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
• Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations , ensuring high-quality documentation and presentation standards.
• Handle on-site client servicing with professionalism, ensuring smooth execution and proactive issue management.
• Drive new business development , identify potential clients, and contribute to the company’s growth through relationship-building and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, contact reports, and status trackers using internal tools and Microsoft Suite.
