Lead UX Designer Position Overview

The Fulfillment Domain enables digital product teams to manage production and delivery of customized products. Our platform consists of modular, multi-tenant services that make it easier to introduce new products, reach customers, and track orders.

We are re-imagining the entire Fulfillment Capability space and looking for an experienced UX Designer to work with our product teams.

As a Lead UX Designer, you will contribute to the design strategy, framework, and experiences for our customers and users. You will champion human-centered design principles, creating smooth, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.

You will collaborate with peers and leaders to drive cross-functional alignment, push creativity and innovation, and move established thinking forward.

• Job Requirements :
• Candidates should have a proven track record in UX Design, preferably in software development for mass customization.
• Experience in designing for accessibility is highly desirable.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and experience is required.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
