Job Mission
You will play a critical role in analyzing user behavior, digital marketing performance, product funnels, and business metrics. Your mission is to combine
user research, business research, business analytics, and marketing analytics
to identify drop-offs, improve NPS, drive retention, and reduce churn. You will convert data and insights into clear recommendations that enhance user experience and fuel growth across Hoora’s consumer journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Journey, Research & Experience Analysis
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative
user research
to understand behavior, motivations, pain points, and drop-offs.
Analyze web and app user journeys to identify friction in booking, engagement, repeat usage, and churn.
Collaborate with Product / UX teams to recommend improvements based on real user insights.
2. Business Research & Growth Insights
Perform
business and market research
to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and opportunities.
Support strategic decisions by evaluating business performance, city-level variations, and operational gaps.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics
Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Referral, and CRM.
Track CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and attribution to optimize budget allocation and lead quality.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and demand generation.
4. NPS Ownership, Retention & Churn Reduction
Own and manage the
NPS process
end-to-end—data collection, analysis, reporting, and action planning.
Identify root causes behind low ratings or negative feedback.
Analyze churn triggers and design data-backed retention strategies to increase repeat usage and loyalty.
5. Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboards
Build dashboards and reports covering user behavior, marketing performance, and growth KPIs.
Translate complex insights into simple recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
6. Experimentation & A / B Testing
Design, execute, and analyze A / B tests for product features, landing pages, and marketing creatives.
Document experiment outcomes and integrate insights into future strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
2–4 years
of experience as a Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Digital Marketing Analyst.
Skills & Tools
Strong understanding of
user research , UX evaluation, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in
digital marketing analytics , conversion funnels, and campaign evaluation.
Strong in
Excel / Sheets , and working knowledge of
SQL .
Experience with analytics tools such as
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude , or similar.
Soft Skills
Analytical problem-solving ability with a data-first mindset.
Strong communication skills for presenting insights and influencing decisions.
Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Working Hours :
Monday to Saturday (6 days)
– 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
