About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead the operations, performance, and growth of our learning center. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage day-to-day operations, drive admissions, ensure academic excellence, and deliver exceptional learner and parent experience. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, people management, and operational efficiency with a deep passion for education.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership : Oversee all aspects of the center’s operations, including academic delivery, admissions, student engagement, and infrastructure management.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate academic and non-academic staff to achieve performance and service excellence.
- Admissions & Revenue Growth : Drive admissions through local marketing initiatives, community engagement, and effective counseling processes to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
- Academic Excellence : Ensure high-quality learning experiences by maintaining teaching standards, monitoring educator performance, and implementing feedback systems.
- Parent & Student Relations : Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze center-level KPIs, attendance, student performance, and feedback data to identify improvement areas.
- Process Improvement : Implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall center performance.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to company policies, operational protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with central teams (Marketing, Academics, HR, and Operations) to align center goals with organizational strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in center or branch management, preferably in the education or service industryStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in driving operational excellence and meeting business targetsData-driven decision-maker with an analytical mindsetCustomer-focused approach with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficientlyRequired Skills
