Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Professional to manage and oversee the company’s credit collection process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments assessing credit risks maintaining customer relationships and ensuring adherence to company credit policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely collection of dues.

Review and analyze customer credit applications set credit limits and monitor credit exposure.

Follow up with clients via calls and emails to ensure prompt payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.

Prepare and share aging reports outstanding statements and collection status with management.

Coordinate with the Sales Accounts and Finance teams for credit approvals billing and payment issues.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls related to credit and collections.

Handle customer escalations professionally while maintaining positive business relationships.

Support month-end closing activities by providing collection data and reports.

Ensure compliance with company credit policy and legal requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in Commerce Finance or Accounting (MBA in Finance preferred).

5–7 years of experience in Credit Control Collections or Accounts Receivable.

Strong knowledge of credit management principles aging analysis and reconciliation .

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP / Tally / ERP systems preferred).

Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
