Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to connect with prospective franchise partners, present the Redcliffe franchise model, and drive consistent follow-ups until closure. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing lead conversations independently, maintaining accurate prospect records, and coordinating with the Sales team for smooth progression. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, along with an organised and disciplined approach to lead management.

Responsibilities

• Connect with franchisee leads through 30–50 calls a day
• Maintain accurate and complete prospect details
• Pitch the Redcliffe franchise business model with clarity and impact
• Coordinate with the Sales team for lead progression
• Drive structured and consistent follow-ups until closure
