Purpose of the job :

Fleet Performance Engineer will manage / be part of the task’s execution within the project for fleet performance, troubleshooting, identify and implement the improvement opportunities for the reliability of the fleet, Ownership and ensuring the accomplishment of the different project KPIs and quality requirements established by the Board / contract and the maintenance plans.

Key accountabilities

Technical Support Function

• Provides the technical support to the project for effiecient troubleshooting, reliability and availability improvements.
• Proposes innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance project.
• Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
• Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations (depot support).
• Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
• Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
