We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor (Telecaller) to join our Sales team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents over calls, understanding their academic goals, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. This role is target-driven and requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Connect with potential students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.
• Provide clear and accurate information about available courses, admission criteria, and career outcomes.
• Understand students' aspirations and recommend the right academic programs.
