Job descriptionHands-on experience with AI / ML tools, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment and scaling. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to define AI-driven solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop AI-based recommendations. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure AI applications are robust. Communicate AI concepts, technical findings, and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document AI models, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in AI / ML development. Strong experience in building AI-driven applications, POCs, and automation solutions. Hands-on expertise with AI tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI / ML model implementation. Experience in LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive AI initiatives. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work in a hybrid model from Pune (on-site and remote).
