Java + Microservices ,

Big Data + Python , or

UI Technologies . This role blends deep technical involvement with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys coding while driving architectural decisions and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Contribute to development with

40% hands-on coding .

Lead

solution design, architecture , and

technical strategy .

Manage and mentor

two agile teams / pods .

Oversee

effort estimation, budgeting , and

resource planning .

Handle

stakeholder communication ,

escalation , and

risk management .

Ensure

code quality ,

technical excellence , and

delivery timelines .

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience either in :

Java + Microservices

Big Data + Python

Modern UI frameworks

Solid grasp of

system architecture ,

design patterns , and

cloud platforms

(preferably AWS).

Excellent

communication ,

team leadership , and

stakeholder management .

Ability to

clear Codility or similar coding assessments .

AWS or equivalent

cloud certification

is a plus.
