Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, FSL (Field Service Lightning), FSC (Financial Services Cloud), and LOS (Loan Origination System). The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare and BFSI domains, and will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, designing scalable solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce-based applications and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in Healthcare and BFSI industries.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design and implement solutions using :
• Service Cloud for customer service automation
• Health Cloud for patient management and care coordination
• FSL (Field Service Lightning) for mobile workforce management
• FSC (Financial Services Cloud) for client relationship and financial lifecycle management
• LOS (Loan Origination Systems) for end-to-end loan processing automation
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.
• Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirement traceability and coverage.
• Maintain product backlog and prioritize enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (for healthcare) and financial compliance (BSA, KYC, etc. for BFSI).
• Assist in change management, user training, and post-implementation support.
