Full Stack Engineer

Job description🎓 Graduates from Tier 1 institutes (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc.) preferred. 💼 7–8 years of overall software development experience. ⚡ 2+ years of experience working in startup environments . 👥 2+ years in a lead role , mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions. 💻 Strong hands-on experience with Angular (front-end) and Node.js (back-end). 🗄️ Experience with SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB / Cassandra) . ⚙️ Experience with Redis / Memcached and RabbitMQ / Kafka . 🔄 Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines , Git , and automated testing . 🧠 Solid foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Angular and Node.js .
- Lead the technical implementation of new features and system improvements.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers — fostering learning, growth, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Growth) to deliver top-quality solutions.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the tech stack.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI / CD automation.
