Job description

You're a Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years of experience who enjoys building products that

create real-world impact. You're comfortable working across the entire technology stack and

eager to take on new challenges that accelerate your growth. You understand that in an

early-stage startup, you need to be versatile, move quickly, and contribute to products that will

transform how professionals work and learn.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack features using React / TypeScript frontend, Python

(FastAPI / Django) backend, and React Native for mobile development

  • Implement AI integrations with third-party APIs including LLM services and voice

  • Develop robust APIs and real-time features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
  • Work closely with senior engineers to implement scalable solutions and learn best

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to continuously improve

    • Qualifications

    Required

  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience with React / TypeScript and Python
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern web development practices and version control (Git)
  • Understanding of database design and experience with PostgreSQL or similar

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and deployment processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI / ML API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Knowledge of voice technologies (STT / TTS) or real-time audio processing
  • React Native or mobile development experience
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Healthcare domain knowledge or interest in regulated industries
  • Experience with early-stage startups or fast-paced development environments
