Job descriptionDigital Solutions (Steel / Cement) ECT (Energy Conservation Turbines) MV VFD Power Quality HeatX Compressed Air efficiency Energy efficient Blowers & Motors HVAC Deliver : 4X growth in 3–5 years, strong margins, bankable pipeline, and enable promoter retirement via strategic investment or exchange listing. Be the face at CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, AIMA, IMC and government bodies; influence policy for faster ESCO uptake. Build relationships with C-suites : Engage CEOs / CFOs (and deputies) at India's largest energy consuming enterprises. Build & lead national key-account teams; own P&L and order book; typical deal size 2–20 Cr. Shorten cycles (currently 9 months) by taking proposals from plant / purchase to the boardroom; drive ESG-aligned adoption of carbon footprint reduction while saving crores of rupees each year. MBA+Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with deep techno-commercial exposure to industrial energy / capex solutions. A B2B enterprise seller who wins CXO time, navigates complex approvals, and closes multi-stakeholder deals. A dynamic national Key Account Management leader with out-of-box thinking, fluent in ESCO / Performance Contracting and ROI storytelling.
