Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify value-driven use cases for Pega Decisioning (NBA, adaptive models, and customer strategies).
- Translate business objectives into decisioning requirements, rules, and strategies within Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
- Conduct impact assessments, ROI analysis, and define KPIs / metrics to measure business value delivered by decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers in an Agile / Scrum setup, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and decisioning logic requirements to guide development.
- Validate and test decisioning strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor performance of deployed strategies and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and prioritization of decisioning-related requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on Pega best practices, guardrails, and industry trends in decisioning.
- Pega CSSA and Pega Decision Lead certifications a must (CDH)
