Domino Web Developer

Requirements : -

 Extensive knowledge and experience of working with HCL Notes / Domino including form

development, LotusScript, Formulas, and data management

 Experience in web UI programming, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Jquery

 Experience working with web content management systems

 Troubleshooting of web applications, including browser compatibility issues

 Experience in programming, application design and change management in a large IT site

 Experience with code management techniques – Git, etc

 Understanding of API development helpful, preferrably with security patterns JWT, O-Auth2, and

OIDC.

 Lead the development and maintenance of Domino-based web applications, ensuring high-

quality design and implementation.

 Support and optimize websites, including form development, site updates, content changes,

performance optimization, and issue resolution.

 Collaborate with UX Specialists, UI Designers, and backend developers to enhance customer

experience.

 Apply UX design principles across complex web-based forms / applications.

 Work with solution architects to direct Domino-based solutions and ensure alignment with

business goals.

 Guide and support offshore Domino web developers on large-scale implementations.

 Implement modern CI / CD practices in Domino development where applicable.

 Work across traditional on-premise and modern cloud Domino-based deployment models.

 Scope technical requirements for projects, leveraging existing technical resources and

opportunities for integration.

 Develop complex software code to support project and business timelines.
