Demonstrate Outstanding Collaborative Skills, Excellent Drafting, Verbal & Written Technical Expertise to trouble shoot issues / integration activities Documentation and Tracking Managing CRs, Audit, and Overall monitoring of CRM, Chatbot and E-Meeting As a part of vendor management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of vendors. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Work closely with sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, Manage Project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate & delegate cross project initiatives. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors. Work closely with sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, Analyse, evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for Ensure that the employees within the Division maintain the highest standards of professional Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a robust
