Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager based in Gurgaon. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high team performance. Daily tasks will include coordinating with team members, conducting performance reviews, developing and implementing strategies for improved efficiency, and providing mentorship and guidance. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments and contributing to the strategic planning and business development processes.
