Job Summary
- Coordination of Preventative Maintenance cases for Customer Care contracts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Review Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV) cases placed into your ownership and coordinate through closure statusUpdate established work orders with template verbiage for problem description and dispatch detailClient communication via phone and email, to determine room availabilityInternal and Vendor communication via phone and email, for successful dispatchingScheduling of dispatches via ServiceNow or WorkMarketAssess case risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableEscalate risks and noted issues to Management if out of coordinator scopeEnsure cases adhere to framework and documentation is maintained for each caseProvide administrative support as neededDocument and notify proper team members of any changes, adds or deletions to contractual room listingPhone support for incoming calls regarding Preventative Maintenance schedulingMonitor PMV Scheduling Microsoft email inboxes for inquiries and schedulingProactively provide feedback, communication and follow up information in a timely and professional mannerFinal case closure notification and completed documentation correspondenceMaintain professional timely responses and flow for open projects as assignedOther duties assigned as needed

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1-year similar Project Coordinator experience preferredWorking Environment
