Sales Engineer

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the industrial, automation, or related sectors. Experience in Filtration Field preferred

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the South Indian market, specifically in Bangalore and surrounding regions.

Entry Into Pharma sector, mainly located in Karnataka, AP, Telangana

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in filtration systems across South India.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position Gopani products effectively.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate filtration products (cartridge filters, bag filters, housings, etc.).

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, showcasing product capabilities.

Collaborate with the design and application engineering team to propose customized solutions.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and training.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent Gopani and expand network.

Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer service.

The position requires extensive travel within South India, including customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
