The OSM / Clinical Consultant is responsible for identifying all Professional Services necessary to improve Customers' Clinical, Operational, and Customer / Patient experience, working with Sales team to meet or exceed their fiscal Sales quotas. This role will have the ability to clearly understand customer's business objectives and drive the project towards those objectives through clinical workflow analysis and optimization. This role combines clinical experience with the ability to leverage advanced technology to address and solve complex challenges facing healthcare provider organizations today such as workflow optimization, healthcare organization transformation and adoption of our clinical technology. Once Professional Services are purchased, the OSM / Clinical Consultant will deliver the Consulting Professional Services.

Core Responsibility

OSM 'Oncology Solutions Manager' (pre-Sales)

• Develop account penetration strategies for key target accounts in coordination with local sales team
• In partnership with Sales, develop & maintain relationships with key buying influences in the account, including clinical, administrative, and C-suite
• Develop & maintain comprehensive knowledge of each account's current & long-term challenges & goals, keeping management and colleagues in Sales informed of all key opportunities, including changes in plans, objectives, and key buying influences.
• Confirm that the technologies & software licensing quoted by sales address all customer objectives.
• Develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) that detail the deployment of Professional Services to meet customers' goals, including timelines.
• Work with Sales to assist in identification of appropriate Professional & Clinical Services offerings to ensure customer success.
