Job descriptionPrepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data. Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency. Identify process gaps, propose corrective / preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions. Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols. M.Sc. in Applied / Organic Chemistry (First Division). 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry. Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & Testing
- Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products.
- Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment.
- Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to :
- pH measurement
- Viscosity
- Mesh size
- Density
- Other relevant physical / chemical parameters
