Render Infotech is a dynamic and innovative IT solutions and Digital Marketing company based in Bangalore. We specialize in providing cutting-edge services to our clients, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and a strong understanding of performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Paid Advertising :

  • Plan, create, and manage effective campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

    • Content and Social Media Management :

  • Assist in content creation for various digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, ad copy, etc.).
  • Maintain a content and social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

    • AI and Automation :

  • Utilize tools like ChatGPT to assist in content generation and ideation.
  • Explore and implement new AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future strategies.

    • Ideal Profile

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.

    Technical Skills :

  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with calendar scheduling and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
