EaseMyRecruit Partners is expanding, and we are looking for energetic US Recruiters to join our growing team at our Noida office . If you have at least 6 months of experience in US staffing and are eager to grow your career, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based clients using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn .

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements , with a clear understanding of US tax terms and visa types (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies.

Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Negotiate pay rates / salaries with candidates and successfully close positions.

Maintain ATS / database and ensure accurate records of submissions and recruiting activities.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience as a US Recruiter.

Good understanding of US recruitment process, visa classifications, and tax terms .

Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in US Shift timings (EST / PST) .

Location : Must be open to working onsite from our Noida office .
