Job descriptionInstall and commission new equipment and systems as required. Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and quality standards. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. Offer guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used. Prepare service reports for management and customers. Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Service Engineer with a focus on both mechanical and electrical systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. The ability to perform installations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Excellent customer support and communication skills. A meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping. A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and safety regulations.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations, while also providing excellent customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our products.
