Revenue Generation – Support on Spares parts sales, technical clarification, intervention on overdue payments. It should be in line with targets.
Promotion / selling of GFMS products, APS, Laser Calibration, Ball Bar…. Minimum 4 per month. Need to create MOM
New -Installation – Planning (pre- installation, Installation, training, and conclusion with Check list)
Used M / C Installation – Discussion with customer, review, registration, inspection, commercial conclusion, Planning (pre- installation, Installation, training and conclusion with Check list )
Training / Knowledge sharing - Conducting / Planning (Customer / Internal) Based on the team knowledge level and sharing of special field Experience.
Draw / Extending other regions based on needs, Self / others -Creating an opportunity for learning all products of GFMS.
MyRconnect – Educating Customers through team precenting benefits and Fallow ups
Data Base – Review customer data base – need to create promotional activity and Plan add into GFMS service basket.
