Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and usability. This role involves developing technical solutions, implementing software changes, and providing support to end-users. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as implementing new features and functionalities as per business requirements.

Required Skills

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of ITSM processes.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience in implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application, strong experience with SaaS applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.

Strong requirements gathering experience.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.

Scripting experience in Python, Perl, or Shell.

Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

Understanding of enterprise IT architecture.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other software applications.
