• Experience with ServiceNow design, development, and implementation in an enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow APIs and web services + experience / skills in supporting ServiceNow with multiple integrations / interfaces.
• Ability to build ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and custom home pages for multiple user types.
• Configuration and deployment of ServiceNow including portal UI, ACLs and permissions models.
• A good understanding of requirements definition.
• Must be able to convert user stories into functional and technical specifications.
• Must have extensive experience in developing / configuring business rules (incl. complex and custom workflows), SLAs, notifications, and email templates.
• Should have a strong understanding of scripting.
• Experience in developing functional and technical specifications, user guides, and provide user training.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Problem solver strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
