Key responsibilities
- Strategic HR : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
- Recruitment : Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from setting objectives to improving the process and managing candidate pipelines.
- Employee relations : Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance and development : Implement performance management systems, conduct annual reviews, and develop employee training and career development programs.
- Compensation and benefits : Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits plans.
- Compliance and policy : Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations, and develop and update HR policies.
- Team leadership : Lead and mentor the HR team, set team objectives, and monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnover and cost-per-hire.
- HR technology : Utilize and maintain HR technology, including HRIS and ATS, to manage HR processes efficiently.
