About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst to work with one of the leading BFSI players.

The ideal candidate brings strong Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise along with hands-on skills in SQL, Reporting, and Datawarehousing concepts.

This is a client-facing role where you will drive insights that shape key business Responsibilities :

• Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Apply datawarehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling Skills & Experience :
• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong Loans / Retail Banking domain knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
• Solid understanding of Reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact / dimension tables, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management :
• Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
