Job descriptionMaintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in alignment with market trends and demand. Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs. Stay current with product and market developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking. Leverage industry contacts to anticipate market opportunities and innovations. Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets and align with organizational goals. Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region. Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and address concerns. Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and uncover new opportunities. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements. Use Zoho CRM to log activity, track progress, and generate performance insights. Manage both direct and channel sales, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams. Support distribution partners with technical input and sales enablement. Evaluate distribution performance and optimize for strategic alignment. Resolve channel conflicts and maintain smooth collaboration across territories.
