Responsibilities :

• AI / ML Strategy Leadership :
• Define and execute the AI / ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
• Champion the integration of AI and LLM's to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
• Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX / RX.
• Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
• Advanced Analytics for Business Growth : Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
• Team Leadership & Innovation : Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI / ML projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI / ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
• Strategic Partnerships : Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI / ML innovations
