Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary

AI Practice Head

with a strong foundation in Data Science and hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence domains such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing. The Practice Head will be responsible for building and leading our AI Practice, engaging with customers to solve complex business challenges through AI, and positioning Pratiti as a trusted thought leader in the AI domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Practice Leadership :

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Practice in alignment with company goals.

Customer Engagement :

Partner with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.

Solutioning & Delivery :

Translate business problems into AI / ML solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations.

Thought Leadership :

Represent Pratiti in conferences, webinars, and publications; evangelize AI-driven transformation within target industries.

Team Development :

Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI & Data Science team, fostering innovation and excellence.

Collaboration :

Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to create AI solution offerings and support business growth.

Innovation :

Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and translate them into customer value propositions.

Desired Skills & Experience :

12+ years of total experience in technology, with at least 6–8 years in AI / ML / Data Science leadership roles.

Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (Master’s / PhD preferred).

Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced analytics.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver AI solutions across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Real Estate, BFSI, and Pharma.

Experience in building and managing AI practices, CoEs, or large AI solution teams.

Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Publications, patents, or recognized contributions in the AI field will be a plus.
