Our client is one of the largest global real estate funds, with a presence across multiple asset classes.

Head of Fund Raising will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various real asset classes.

Qualifications :

Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience

Industry : Real estate fund managers / financial institutions / real estate developers operators / financial advisory firms.

Real Estate Fund Raising experience is a MUST.

Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration / Economics

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles.

Strong team player, but also able to work independently.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in financial analysis and modelling.
