Are you a tech-savvy professional with a curiosity about sales and engineering We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and take charge of developing competitive, solution-based proposals for our Line Mooring Systems (LMS) and Automated Mooring Systems (AMS) within the IMEA region. You will be the in-country expert, providing critical input on sales opportunities and supporting our front-line sales team with your technical and commercial expertise.
Major responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals that align with customer needs and industry standards.
- Provide technical and commercial support for sales opportunities in the IMEA region.
- Handle the bid process from enquiry to award, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Attend customer meetings and marketing events, both locally and internationally.
- Offer insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
- Support new product innovation and cost-saving initiatives.
What we are looking for :
3-5 years of experience in sales, estimating, or application engineering, preferably in a similar industry.Tertiary education in engineering disciplines (Electrical, PLC, Software, Marine Engineering preferred).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.Technical competence with a fast-learning attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.English fluency is mandatory; Hindi is an advantage.Key Skills :
