We're Hiring!Location : Banjara Hills, HyderabadMode : Work from Office (5 days a week)CTC : ₹12–18 LPABond : 2 YearsAt Guardian Capital, we’re redefining what wealth management means.Recognized by CNBC-TV18 as “The Best Investment Advisory Firm across India” , we bring elite wealth and asset management, financial planning, and taxation services — all under one roof.We don’t just manage money; we help families build lasting financial freedom.About the Role : As Vice President – Finance, Compliance & Analytics (FC&A), you’ll be the financial backbone of our fast-growing organization.You’ll lead all finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance initiatives while providing insights that shape Guardian’s strategic direction.This is not just a role — it’s an opportunity to build and scale alongside a passionate leadership team in one of the most exciting growth phases of our journey.Pillar 1 : Accounting & FinanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders.Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and other operational processes.Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT returns.Manage annual MCA / ROC compliances for group companies.Pillar 2 : Compliance with SEBI & Companies ActInterpret SEBI circulars and ensure adherence to all regulations.Guide management and teams on compliance requirements.Ensure timely submission of SEBI reports.Pillar 3 : Income Tax FilingApply thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act and regulations.Compute and file tax returns for individuals, HUFs, trusts, companies, and partnerships.Handle and respond to notices from the Income Tax Department.Ideal Candidate : Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory & CS preferred.Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experienceProficient in Tally and MS OfficeStrong understanding of accounting procedures and the Income Tax ActDriven, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial excellenceWhy work at Guardian?We believe our people are our greatest assets.We hire only those driven by integrity, passion, and excellence.We’re in an exciting growth phase — offering rapid career acceleration and ESOP opportunities.We ensure every role is meaningful and fulfilling.We aim to make a real difference in the lives of families who trust us with their savings.
