Core Data Governance Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and custodians to ensure data accountability and compliance.
• Monitor data quality metrics and lead initiatives to resolve data integrity issues.
• Support regulatory and compliance efforts (, GDPR, CCPA, SOX) by ensuring proper data handling and documentation.
• Facilitate data access controls and classification to ensure appropriate data usage and security
