Job Description
This individual will strategize, create and execute targeted campaigns and build a multi-channel framework to engage customers across their lifecycle as an Icertis customer. You will be responsible for managing the strategic planning and timely execution of customer marketing programs that educate and engage customers, while enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately turning customers into advocates. Success in this role will come from collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your initiatives will result in increased adoption, account expansion, improving customer communication and supporting overall customer retention and loyalty.
