Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) Support Lead with 810 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and optimizing data replication and transformation processes within complex SAP landscapes. This role requires a professional who can lead a team, troubleshoot intricate issues, ensure seamless system integration with SAP S / 4HANA and other legacy systems, and drive performance optimization to maintain the integrity and reliability of data replication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Replication and Transformation : Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SLT for enterprise-wide data replication and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for executing large-scale data migrations and optimizing SLT performance using advanced techniques such as reading type, master job, and parallel loads.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex SLT-related issues. This includes troubleshooting replication errors, monitoring job failures, and performing detailed data reconciliation. You will use advanced debugging tools like trace, monitor, and error logs to perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
• System Integration : Ensure seamless and robust data replication between different systems. This includes integrating SLT with SAP S / 4HANA, legacy systems like JDE, and external databases like SAP HANA DB.
• Performance Optimization : Proactively monitor and optimize SLT replication processes. This involves conducting regular system audits and health checks, using relevant TCODEs, and analyzing table statistics to ensure optimal performance and system stability.
• Documentation and Training : Maintain and update all system documentation for SLT applications and processes. You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to end-users and mentoring junior consultants.
