Senior Consultant - Oracle HRMS

Role Overview :

As an Implementation / Senior Implementation Consultant, you will drive end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementation projects-translating business needs into impactful technology solutions. You will partner with client HR teams, business leaders, and technical experts to ensure seamless configuration, deployment, and adoption of the HRMS platform.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Delivery :

• Lead or support full-cycle HRMS implementations (Darwinbox), from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis to align client processes with Darwinbox capabilities.
• Configure modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll, Learning, etc.) as per client needs.
• Execute test plans, facilitate UAT, and ensure issue resolution before go-live.
• Manage data migration and integrations in collaboration with client IT teams and Darwinbox experts.
