Role Overview :
As an Implementation / Senior Implementation Consultant, you will drive end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementation projects-translating business needs into impactful technology solutions. You will partner with client HR teams, business leaders, and technical experts to ensure seamless configuration, deployment, and adoption of the HRMS platform.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Delivery :
- Lead or support full-cycle HRMS implementations (Darwinbox), from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis to align client processes with Darwinbox capabilities.
- Configure modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll, Learning, etc.) as per client needs.
- Execute test plans, facilitate UAT, and ensure issue resolution before go-live.
- Manage data migration and integrations in collaboration with client IT teams and Darwinbox experts.
2. Stakeholder Engagement :
Serve as the primary contact for functional and implementation-related queries.Facilitate design workshops and requirement sessions with HR and business leaders.Ensure HRMS configuration aligns with business goals and compliance requirements.3. Change Management & Adoption :
Develop training plans and deliver sessions for client HR teams and end users.Create adoption strategies and communication plans for a successful rollout.Provide post-go-live support and optimization.4. Quality & Best Practices :
Apply HR best practices and compliance standards in solution design.Contribute to HR Tech consulting frameworks, templates, and playbooks.Mentor junior consultants and share learnings from projects.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 3-6 years in HRMS / HR Tech consulting, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation of Darwinbox or equivalent HRMS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).Functional Expertise : Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Learning).Technical Skills : Hands-on configuration experience; familiarity with data migration, integrations (APIs), and reporting.Consulting Skills : Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred for senior roles.Nature of Work :
