Key Responsibilities :
- Own monthly competitor snapshots and signal briefs for leadership and product teams.
- Run regular dashboards and reports on category, market, and innovations.
- Track signals from app store reviews, social listening, campaign, and communication tracking.
- Monitor product journey, app experience, GTM strategy, and content strategy across competitors.
- Launch and maintain an expert panel for category foresight.
- Partner with CSMI strategy and product teams to identify opportunity white spaces.
Who You Are :
4 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Strategy Operations, or Business Research.Strong secondary research skills and comfortable using AI tools for synthesis.Curious about the fintech and investment landscape, with the ability to spot trends early.Agile thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.Skills Required
