Role Summary :
This role owns competitive and category foresight for the CSMI function. This role reports to the head of CSMI and will track competitors' features, fees, UX innovations, and communication shifts to inform Angel One's strategic positioning and product roadmap
Key Responsibilities :
1.Own monthly competitor snapshots and signal briefs for leadership and product teams.
2. Run regular dashboards and reports on category, market and innovations
Track signals from app store reviews, social listening, Campaign and Communication tracking
3. Tracks product journey, app experience, GTM Strategy, Content strategy across various competition
4. Launch and maintain an expert panel for category foresight
5. Partner with the CSMI strategy and product teams to identify opportunity white spaces.
Who are You :
1. 5 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Strategy Ops, or Business Research
2. Strong secondary research skills; comfort using AI tools for synthesis
curious about the fintech and investment landscape and enjoy spotting trends before they become obvious.
3. Agile Thinker, ability to bring insights out of noise
