Major Responsibilities
Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan.
Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory
Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met
Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners
Lead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff.
Develop a high-performance sales culture.
Role expectations
15–18 years of experience in FMCG / Dairy Sales. Exp., in Dairy industry in an added advantage
Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities
Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders
Prerequisites :
FMCG / Dairy industry experience
Territory exposure
Handling Large Turn Over / Exposed to Large Scale of Operations
Managing Different Categories & Price Points
Must handle managerial / ASM level teams
Data driven approach
Collaborative and lead the team in an harmonious way
